Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any items within 7 Working days of your receipt of your purchase. Please email me at info@eminence-mode.com to let me know you would like to request a return or exchange. I'm sorry, but there is no refund on shipping/handling charges.

When returning your package, please include the following:

1) Unused item(s) in its original condition

2) A copy of the original invoice

3) A note as to whether you are requesting an exchange or return. If you are returning goods, please let me know your reason for return as your feedback helps me make my product and service better. Thank you!

 

Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please insure your return is by Royal Mail recorded delivery so you have a record of your return. I am not responsible for lost or items damaged during shipping.

For exchanges where you have ordered an incorrect length/size or item, you are required to pay for the return shipping costs. Any shipping error on my part I will cover return shipping.


Delivery

Eminence Mode sends all orders by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at a standard rate of £3.50 per order. Postage costs will be added to your basket at point of sale. We will aim to deliver within 3 to 4 working days of receipt of payment, please not that bespoke items will take slightly longer.

Delivery charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given.
